The board of PASSER has appointed Lars Fredrik Bakke (46) as the new CEO, succeeding Petter Mangelrød. Lars Fredrik joins from his role as CEO of Wood Norway, a division of a multinational consultancy and engineering firm, with a turnover of approximately NOK 3 billion and over 650 employees. He will also become a co-owner of PASSER Group upon assuming office in spring 2024.
"With extensive leadership experience delivering complex industrial projects worldwide, Lars Fredrik is well-equipped to steer PASSER to the next level within the growing energy industry," says Board chair Oluf Ulseth.
