Project Execution
Enjoy complete transparency throughout the entire process with PASSER. From engineering and drawing production to in-house fabrication, quality control, and transportation, we maintain full control over the entire value chain.

Engineering
Drawing production and structural calculations will be carried out in parallel. At Design review an overview of the design with principal solutions will be reviewed, and detail engineering will be carried out based on input from this meeting.

Documentation
At the project's onset, an online document folder will be established, ensuring continuous uploading of documentation throughout the project. Documents are readily available for download at any time. Standard documentation comprises of:

Reporting
Throughout project execution, we provide regular reports on progress, milestones, and any topics requiring clarification. Your project's status is communicated consistently to keep you informed.

Fabrication
We have well established procedures for efficient and safe fabrication in our workshop. With more than 1000 reels delivered since the start in 2007 we have optimized planning and execution. The production is seamlessly integrated with our Inspection & Test plan, which you as our customer is welcome to participate in at any point.

Safety

Safety first. Health and safety is in the forefront from the design phase to minimize risk for the workshop professionals during execution as well as the operators at the end user. Each project has a HSE manager which closely follows up, guides and reports on the safety activities.
