The Multicoil is a continuous dryer or cooler unit applicable for processing of various types of bulk materials, i.e., minerals and chemicals.
The indirect heat exchange for drying or cooling of the products is by saturated steam or water flowing inside rotating coils. The Multicoil has low energy consumption compared to systems based on direct (convective) heat exchange.
Maximum water evaporation capacity in one dryer unit is approx. 10 tons/hour, and with dried product outlet moisture lower than 0,2%WC.
The standard dryer / cooler process on product side is under atmospheric pressure, however customized design for vacuum and overpressure conditions is possible.Contact
