PASSER's center rotating drop arm is an installation mounted at the center of the storage basket. It is customized to match the laying area of the selected storage  basket. 

• A slewing bearing enables free rotation of the arm, syncronized with the cable feed rate.

• Horizotal movement of the arm is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, enabling layer-by-layer filling of the storage basket

• The weight of the naturally rotates the arm, allowing the cable to drop smoothly into place

• The arm is mechanically connected to the storage basket  and the construction may vary depending on the application

• The arm must be positioned well above the final cable layer to prevent bending below the minimum allowable bending radius
